    Tailored group or one on one sessions to build strength and stability where needed for improved posture, balance and flexibility.

    One on one or group sessions focusing on movement in a dynamic form incorporating concentration and breath to further improve overall wellbeing.

  • Dance Assessments

    Tertiary dance assessments and workshops for pre-professional applications, along with follow up sessions to address specific areas prior to beginning your journey to becoming a full-time dancer.

  • Dance Workshops

    Group sessions are offered to dance schools at their studio to educate students on the body to accelerate their dance technique.

 
 

 

Meet Lauren

Founder

Lauren is a dedicated physiotherapist with endless passion for her niche in the treatment of dance-related injuries and performance enhancement. She has a strong background in classical ballet where she spent time professionally at the Queensland Ballet. To solidify her knowledge of the body she found a purpose for the basics of movement by training in Pilates. She then found herself entwined with the dynamic movement of yoga where she trained in India for her certification.

    • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at Australian Catholic University

    • Masters of Physiotherapy at Sydney University.

    • Completed all levels of Mat and Equipment Pilates training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.

    • Qualified Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga Instructor completing her training in Rishikesh India.
